Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting customer support.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • For perishable goods, refunds will not be provided unless the product is received in a damaged or spoiled condition.
  • Customers must report issues within 12 hours of delivery with proper evidence (photos of the product).
